Default why is 1 of my ARES led sidemarkers now intermittently blinking?

i was in buckhead tonight (the club strip in downtown ATL) and noticed through the reflection on a building that my right LED sidemarker is now intermittently blinking and its a fast blink, the other side is perfectly fine. What could have caused this? And its doing it while the car is off and i just have the headlights on.......weird....

check to see if any of the other bulbs on that side of the car are dead. usually when one of the bulbs goes dead one of the other bulbs blinks fast so you know there is a dead bulb.

did you use tap-splices? check to make sure those are secure... just a shot in the dark, but i used tap-splices on mine and the first time i turned on my parking lights (wired to the sidemarkers) they turned on and off intermitently because the spliced connection was not secure

you may need to buy a new tap-splice or hard wire it altogether

good luck

i had this problem with one of my new ARES bulbs. I ended up returning it for a replacement. In my case it was one of the tiny wires that is part of the ARES bulb that wasn't lined up correctly.
