Pretty much a yes or no question.

Am I missing a piece under my passenger side dashboard, or is it supposed to be fully exposed? Poke your head under there and it seems that there was once a cover, or at least the holes for it. Just curious...I'm trying to do what I can to minimize rattles. Hope this isn't too confusing.

if im correct in understanding what youre talking about, i dont have a piece there either. you cant tell though unless you stick your head under the dash.
