Poll for what colour you have ordered in the UK

 

Weird results - Everyone has ordered Gun-Metal... okay, so I'm the only one who has voted so far, so maybe the results are a little skewed

 

I would vote but i havent ordered [yet!]. The car is such a good shape that it looks good in any colour, so i guess its a tough decision!

And even though they are now quoting Q2 2004 delivery, the car will still be a rare sight then, and will guarantee to turn heads until well into 2005/2006 and beyond.

Who has ordered Sunset??? You are anonymous, let us know who it is...one of the (nearly) regulars, or a new UK buyer who's found this site??

Well...what can I say?

Saw my first Z in the metal today (Bristol Import Centre) ...and oh my god!!!

1. It looks absolutely awesome
2. What ever you've bought into mentally, it pales when you see it close up (know Rich and Veilside have got to down to Guildford..and driven one, the buggers!)
3. (Getting to the point of thread) - Maybe Gizmo isn't mad after all...it was a Sunset..and it really,really works!

I reckon even the bonkers Chilli may work just because its on a 350!

Conclusion = the colour will matter less than owning one!

a yellow Impreza, isn't orange toning things down a bit?

Seriously, I love the Le Mans Sunset but I wasn't too sure whether I could live with it long term & also, wondered whether it would look as good in grey, foggy England as it does in Sunny California

Ive fallen in love with this car in the last week....i must have logged on here 50 times to look at the pics. Need to pop down to my Nissan dealer....just one problem

Has anyone ordered a colour and then thought "i wish id ordered a different one?!"

Perhaps they should make them like Smart cars with interchangable colour panels.

 

But I would have still ordered it in silver

 

Had a change of heart... I'll be giving my dealer a call in the morning to ask him to mod my colour order , Gun Metal it is.

Ordered today from Nissan Leeds:

350Z GT Pack, Gun Metal, Rays, Alezan Orange Leather

I told them that i would like delivery in April 2004...they will let me know this week what the current delivery is, but they seemed to think that sounded about right. I was also told that i would receive some 350Z gifts in due course....



I am the 6th person to order from this garage....the other colours ordered have been Sunset [1], Azure [2], Red [1], Gunmetal [2]

It took me a while deliberating over the options [as some of you know!].....now that ive ordered I feel much happier!

365 days to go and counting..........!

Still haven't seen a piccie of the UK spec Alezan Leather interior, I wimped out & went Charcoal, but there again it's not available on Blade - C'est la vie

Interesting about the orange leather........even when i was driving the the dealer i was in two minds. I hope that it will look classy.....the black definately does, so its a bit of a gamble i suppose......

Yep.....the wait is already doing my head in and i only ordered 2 hours ago!!

I will post the delivery date as soon as it is confirmed......the dealer said he will ring me on Tuesday......

Hi,

I'm glad to have found a UK specific forum at last.

I ordered my Azure 350z GT at Leeds too. Number 461, and I arrived five minutes after the release time. Then again, I'm not too sure how fast they were on the intranet they used to order the cars.

Anyway, can't wait until October....or whenever they say delivery will happen.
