I just tried installing my TS style hood today and I've got some problems/questions:
1.) Do I need to install the hood stoppers and the weather stripping from the OEM hood? I tried the stoppers and they didn't seem to fit, and it looked like not all of the holes for the stripping were punched through.
2.) I wasn't able to get the hood to latch do I need to raise the latch up? Can someone describe how this is done.
3.) Do I use the bolts that came shipped with the hood or should I pick up something else? I'm at least going to get some lock washers.
Anyone who's installed this hood please give any advice.

send it back now and get different hood.
I had the TS-II and it clearly was hitting my factory strut bar. It didnt even come close to latching. I would say about 4in.
yes i used the bolts that came with it and yes i went to the store and got some washers.
Seibon service is **** also.

with all the threads about how crappy seibon hoods are why did you buy one and then ask how to make it fit?'
