i bought a version 1 spoiler and when i received it there was no templet to mount it on my z. i was wondering if anyone that has this spoiler knows whether o not this is supposed to come with one cuz the guys i bought it from told me no then my man at the body shop called someone he kows and they said it is supposed to come with one... the place i bought it from said to call veilside and they can give me one....ive been callng veilside for 2 days and nobody is answering....and im calling the place i bought it from and now they are not answering wtf!! it feel like these should definitel;y come with one it wouldnt make any sense if they didnt....anyone that got this spoiler have any info for me??do they or do they not come with a templet??

 

Tony, when I got my Veilside V1 spoiler, it didn't come with a template.

Why would you need a template in the first place? It fits to the contours of the hatch. That being said, you won't need a template.

Did you get the carbon V1? Hope you have better luck with the Veilside wing than I did.

 

Attach the ends loosely to the to the two bolts under the far corners of the bumper. Adjust it to your satifaction and peel the backing off the tape starting one corner and press it to the body as you go.

 

hey queenz, i got the cf one and it looks like its going to fit perfect, ...i know it fits the contours of the hatch but i wanted to see if they had a template so it would be easier to drill the holes. thanx man
