With all the kits you'll have to push out the door FIRST. otherwise the door panel hits the A pilar. If you want something to go straight up... then you'll have to modify the door panel. Vertical Doors makes the best kit for the 350z so far. PM me if you want to buy one... I have a shop and we install and sell them.

hey ben, i dont remember which company it is and i think the search still isn't working. but i remember there was one member with a silver z that had his doors go straight up. dont remember the kit though, sorry i couldnt be of more help.

however to help you out on pricing for the kit, i think the group buy bonz had going had the doors for either 1149 or 1249. so if u get a price around there, that's great. maybe you could look into starting another group buy somewhere.

good luck

the GT Factory kit has the least about of pushing out before you go up. It also opens the farthest.

www.gtfactory.jp

it is more expensive than most other kits though, and requires modification of the door panel in order to allow the door to clear the A-pillar when rising from what I heard from other forum members.

This is where I bought the GTFactory Kit. http://www.aerokits.net/
They seem to have it for $999.00. But the install will be expensive because it needs to be welded in. They also sold me the CF Door panels.
