G35C Gauge Pod in a 350Z?

G35C Gauge Pod in a 350Z?
Would it be possible to transplant the G35C's gauge pod into the Z? Do they have similar dimensions and mounting points?

Sorry, I didn't mean gauge pod. I meant the standard instrument cluster housing connected to the steering column.
