That's a first. I have them, and i love them. Mine were cut oversize just a hair, which makes it easy when you heat it up or trim. I'm sure Bat would take care of you with it, he's a great guy.

Did you try dealing with him FIRST before spraying such harsh words across the forums?

And are you sure it wasnt the "professional" vinyl/tint shop that cut them too much?

Ya, I'd blame the shop well before I'd blame Bat.

i was sitting right next to them as they were attempting to install them actually. Never said anything bad just said I wasnt happy I pmed him. Maybe if he resolves this he can show what great customer service he has. Instead of people sayin I spread harsh words about him nother was harsh simply put IM not happy with them

Man, deal with him first before you post some crap like that! He'll more than likely just send you a new set! Just doesn't seem right to post something putting a mans work down like that! It's just an overlay not like it's a SC he'll replace them if you ask him I'm sure! If your not happy with em take it up with him first before making it public!

sorry I walked out of the shop for a second after they pulled my car in I was standing behind the installer the intire time. they just didnt line up. We tried it all heat gun super soaker, even the kitchen sink it didnt line up if you would pull it to the left the right would need slack. and it wouldnt mold around the turn on our headlamps. and im simple stating in the post i wasnt happy thats all. someone has a problem with borla the first thing they do is run to the forum I do it and its a whole thing I have pmed him hopefully his customer service I hear about will reflect on me and we can continue to do buissness there are a bunch of other things I would liek to order from bat I have no doubt he will make good on this

It's quite possible (tho improbable) that you got a bad "cut". Bat's overlays often stretch as you put them on, especially if you're working over curved areas. You have to work the material.

I have a feeling the shop just didn't want the hassle. Most shops scoff at stuff like this and have a "if they haven't seen it before, it must suck" attitude.

I once screwed up an overlay all by myself. Bat totally hooked me up. He's very easy to deal with.

yea...that's how the rear tail lamp overlays were also. i thought there was no way it could possibly fit properly when i put it on at first. but after working with the overlay for a little it ended up fitting great. they take a good deal of patience to apply. either way im sure bluebat will make things right.

I understand your dissapointment and frustration. However, I use the same template for all the headlight kits. Secondly, if you knew my reputation on the forums, I'm always one to try to make things right for all my customers. You really should have tried to deal with me first and give me a chance to make you satisfied with your Overlays before spreading anger all over the forums. I pmed you saying I would send another kit. Also, I'm not gonna point the finger at the tint shop, but my local shop down here in San Diego has installed numerous Overlays for my customers here in SoCal, with no problems at all.
