I dont know about spending 2 g's on headlights that were painted with LED's, but I have to admit they have the cleanest work period. I love the LED rear blinkers for our cars, looks clean. Now old_s13 do they have built in load equalizers or somethin?

Just a word of caution to anyone that wants to have this done... It will take longer than you expect, it will be hard to get in touch with the company, it will get you very upset, and when you get your lights....

You will be a very happy customer!
Hey Tim, good to hear from you again. Did you ever take any finished images of your car, I would love to see the completed project! For those of you wondering, the silverstone metallic headlamps belong to Tim. BTW, the Redline headlights were just completed last week and are on the way to Jo-Tech.. I am curious to see how that car is coming along.

Anyway, Tim is pretty much right.. but this is how it is with smaller companies. We know our customers by name, we dont mind speaking with them and covering all details.. but when it comes to quickness, well.. small staff means that we can sometimes get overwhelmed.

All of our products are designed to be installed as plug-and-play without any complications. Headlamps are professionally sealed with OEM sealant (not silicone), all lamps are polished, all wiring is soldered and shrink tubed, and subharnesses are made to branch off to the lower sidemarkers (if needed).

Should anyone ever need our services, feel free to inquire.

Email just came in from Vijay (our customer with the Daytona Blue 350Z). I will go ahead and share the e-mail and the images that we've just added to our site, enjoy!

"Well Mike,

As predicted by EVERYONE on the Z forums, you have yet another very satisfied customer!

A word of caution should go out however to anyone who orders these lights in Daytona Blue. Because of the unique depth and reflective properties of Daytona Blue, the appearance of the color is quite variable depending on the ambient lighting, nature of the underlying material, and angle the object is viewed.

In the garage, the headlights look somewhat lighter in color than the body of the car. They also have a distictly "anodized" look where the normally reflective surfaces of the lamp are that were painted. The inner bezel looks much darker than the inner body of the lamp.

In bright sun, the color match is near perfect. Again, with this particular color, the angle at which an object is viewed will cause slight changes in color perception. Even my gas cap cover, for example, looks slightly different in color than the rest of the body of the car when viewed from certain angles.

The overall effect is STUNNING, but others should be clued in before ordering this particular color about the unique optical effects depending on the conditions I mentioned above.

Here are pics. Please post them up on my350z.com as I haven't quite figured out how to do it yet without reducing the file size. Thanks.

Vijay"

Slowly but surely, here are the pictures that you all requested.

BIG PROPS to Mike at Clearcorners.com. My headlamps are the Super Black color matched bezel at that are located on his website. From the pics, they look GREAT.

Also of course, I opted for the COLOR MATCHED dual function LED clear front side markers as well as the dual function LED dome lights.

The work may take a little time but I believe it is well worth the wait.

Again, props to Mike at clearcorners for these outstanding products.

are the prices on your web page including core exchange? or are these completely new lights?

also, if someone still wanted their car to be able to be driven on the streets while the lights were being done could the core exchange take place after receiving the modified headlights?

Color matched conversion $995
New OEM HID headlamp assembly $1360
Shipping $49

You don't have to get new headlamps. You can send in your existing ones, but the turnaround time is around 2-3 months.

Damn those DB color matched lights look absolutely SICK. The SS lights also vary in color depending on the light. The reason for this is two fold. The first reason is that the angles are completely different than the hood, and the light jits them differently. The other reason is the way light penetrates the lens of the headlight. Sunlight goes straight through, revealing the true color, while other light can refract creating a different looking color. The color match on mine is perfect in direct sun, and appear a little darker in any less than direct sun light. I am very happy with them.

Tim, your car looks real nice.. I love that color. I cant wait to get my S13 back from the painter, its that SAME color. :-)

You NEED to send us more images of your car, I need high res pics of that color for the website. If you snap any photos, feel free to e-mail them.. we can accept large e-mails.

Congrats, all of these cars look awesome and are bringing a tear to my eye... its nice to see all this hard work pay off!
