Default Bat's Smoke GTR Style Taillight Overlay(PICS)!

Finally got some pics for you guys. Got quite a bit of requests for this, hope you liike it, I do . I played around with different cuts and this one seemed to work out the best. The long narrow cut towards the front allows the reflector to be exposed. The main cut allows both lamps to shine through without any obstruction. This Overlay is not in my Gallery at the moment due to some technical glitches. I hope to have it in there soon, Enjoy!

zt2 GTR Style Smoke Taillight Overlay $35

Email me to order:

The pics don't do justice, I had a few people ask me if they were aftermarket tails, they loved the look!

BTW...since these have holes, would you say these are easier to install than the full taillight kit or just about the same? Or would you say they are harder?

I find these much easier to install . I'd say a 2 out of 5 on difficulty.

Ok, so they are like 6/10 or what? Could you pm me your address? I'll try to get a MO today. My look is going to be fairly conservative--I.E. light wheels etc...do you recommend the 3/10?

Thanks bat, and great work.

those came out really great Bat. I wonder who will be the first to color match the car, if you make them in color.

Good point. I would think it would contrast way too much but I'd have to see it first. Maybe it will look good on some colors like SB. I like how subtle it looks now. Not too crazy looking.

Thanks again guys. They are available in color match as well. These are 6/10 tint. I personally wouldn't do 3/10 only because it would look too subtle, then again who knows...

Man, I think these are your best ones yet. And for only 35 bucks... I'll have to be ordering a set sooner or later .

Yep. 6/10 is the darkest. The only reason why they would appear lighter is because now you have holes allowing light to pass through which may make the tint appear lighter vs. a full taillight tint. Hence, why I suggested on the other thread that someone may want to layer it first with a 3/10 prior to putting this on if you want it to appear darker. For me, these looks fine as they are.

cool, nope i might want to go this way to, I was just curious. So this overlays in 3/10 might not even get noticed.

It would be quite subtle. I don't think anyone with my GTR Taillight Overlay for ythe G35 ever ordered it in a 3/10 tint. If you want it dark, why not order it in black? I think that might look pretty good. Maybe someone can chop it in black .
