Silver & Blue Carbon Fiber Hoods!!!!
Hello,
I am testing the waters on this top see if we should become a vendor. We sell carbon fiber hoods and we are able to make them on colors. I have attached some pics of the silver and blue hoods we have made for the SRT-4. These color match very well witht the 350z paint colors. We have the mold for the 350z but have only made black so far.
We can make black (only $299), Blue, Silver, RED, Orange
Our colored CF hoods are only $375 + $150 shipping. We have sold many of these on srtforums.com
http://www.srtforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=135
Email me if you are intrested. Thanks
Robert

That blue is pretty tight. I have a DB Z and my current CF hood needs painting because I mangled it and the body prep is starting to crack. If you can make one like the Fuzion hood(with the side vents in addition to that center one) I'd be interested. How's the fit?

Here's my thoughts...
You need to offer them in more colors. (colors that Nissan has kept with the 350Z since it has started, i.e.: silver, red, blue, orange)
Keep the price to $350-400 for regular CF with no vents (OEM-Style).
Keep the price to $400-420 for colored CF with no vents (OEM-Style).
Keep the price to $420-480 for regular CF with vents.
Keep the price to $480-520 for colored CF with vents.
Just my opinion. Personally, I think they'd sell a lot better, plus if the fitment is better than Seibon (since you would certainly beat them on price) and weight savings is near Seibon weight savings. You'd have a great market.
BTW, you need to contact a different administrator than me to get sponsorship/vendor status.

Here's some pics. It looks really close to stock except that the center piece from the center on down towards the windshield buldges out more. I think it give it a nice subtle but aggressive look. Thanks!
