Default 180MPH Speedo for the 350Z...

Does anyone know where I can buy a 180MPH speedometer reading for the 350Z? I want something that looks stock! I hope there is something available, and if not, one of our sponsors should jump on the idea! I need it becuase I will be doin the APS Single Turbo soon, and the reflash, so I want to know how fast I am going after 160mph....

Ask the cop when he pulls you over.

At that point I'd look into an aftermarket digital speedo.

For that matter, I hook up GPS software to my computer for trips sometimes (dont have in car nav), and the GPS tells me my land speed pretty accurately (within like 1-2 mph).

Just save yourself $300 and ask the cop that clocks you how fast you were going. I'm sure he'll be glad to tell you.

Ok, the reason the car is limited at 155 is that as soon as you hit 160 or better your cars flux capacitor sends you back in time. For obvious safety reasons they do not announce this to the public. As per these safety concerns I do not suggest attempting to go faster than the car is currently able to go.

I'm living proof of this. Tomorrow I was going down the Turnpike trying to see how fast I could go, the Z's speed limiter is 160mph. So it will cut-off at 160mph, not 155mph. For that split second that I hit 160mph (right before it cuts off), all of a sudden everything began to warp and I found myself driving today? (i checked my phone, it says 4/13 today but yesterday it was 4/14?).

This is wierd....and I can't remember anything that happened tomorrow...
Does this mean I am actually a day older but in reality i'm not?

OMG, i'm freaking out...

I noticed it's the same bunch of people keep jumping from thread to another with too much time in their hands to write all this crap to feel better about them selves. Every thread is turned into a battle field because of that, I'm saying you have something useful then say it, other than that STFU!! waste of web space

Who pissed in your cornflakes this morning?
Relax, it's called humor, lighten up a little. There's no battle going on here. Just having fun with Mr.180mph, that's all....

I like humor.. here is a proof https://my350z.com/forum/forced-induction/117836-bov-without-turbo.html

I just see too many new members being punished for not knowing what we know, to them it's not humor.

It's because people ask such weird questions. The speedo is very easy to find...all the guy had to do was a simple search on google or something. But instead he came here figuring it's easier to post and let someone else go find a link for him. Obviously, if he had tried to search the internet at all he would've found it.

www.stackltd.com

they sell aftermarket dash displays, it displays speedometer, tachometer, fuel level, oil pressure, etc. basically you won't need any of those cheap looking autometer gauges anymore. and they go beyond 200mph, they use them in F1 cars.

here is a pic of it installed on a buddy's MR2 (it's all custom)...
