I want to get a Veilside replica, hopefully one that has a repuatation for good fitment.

Urethane is better than fiberglass, but its not great. If Veilside made it in POLYurethane, I would look into it. I read a thread recently were someone had the urethane Veilside lip and scraped it lightly on their driveway and it cracked in half. If thats the case, I'd rather pay $180 to replace the lip everytime rather than $360.

Get the NISMO, looks great, fits great, and protects your car...especially if you autocross and hit cones

why do you have to drill holes in your bumper to install the nismo lip?

Got my NISMO lip from a friend at a local Nissan dealer. The fitment is incredible, the only downside is that you have to drill some holes in the stock bumper. It is incredibly secure though, my girlfriend hit a cone at about 60 while auto-xing and "poof" nothing.
And I am at stock ride height for now...actually bouncing between Eibach and Hotchkis.
