Default PICS of My New Carbon Creations Vader Carbon Fiber Lip

Well, after attempting to install two Veilside version 1 carbon fiber lips, I gave up with Veilside. I decided to get a slightly cheaper Carbon Creations Vader carbon fiber lip. I received it this week and was able to get it on no sweat. The fitament is definitely better than the Veilside and the sides that go over the bumper are much stronger, the only downside was it didn't come with predrilled holes and hardware, but my air drill made quick work of making some holes and I used some hardware I had in my garage. Now on to the pics, comments and questions are welcome:

I wasn't sure the site would let me link remote pictures anymore, so here are the other 4 pics.

It is almost identical to the Veilside V1, not srue which came out first, but it is probably a Veilside copy. I got mine from 350zforums.org for around $425 shipped which isn't much less than the $480 shipped I paid for the Veilside lips that I couldn't get to fit.

It looks better in person in my mind cause you can really see it on the entire car with the entire black theme.

I like it. Well thats not saying much though. Someone could make a mold of dog poop and make a corbon fiber poop, and I'd love it just because its CF.

The lip looks great

I broke the first one into 3 pieces per Veilside and they shipped me another one which fit even worse. I then shipped that one back to Veilside and got my refund.

I feel after having 3 that the fitament is as good as you are going to get with a carbon fiber lip. It is a very tight fit, but it isn't as tight as the Veilside which prevented me from installing it. Because it is carbon fiber if you want a perfect fit I would recommend letting a body shop fit it and sand some places where it meets the bumper.

Word to the wise I would UV clear coat the lip.

It will yellow very very fast because Carbon Creations doesnt use UV protectant resins on their carbon fiber.

I had yellowing and fogging happen with two different Carbon Creations hoods.

How would you UV protect the CF? I know you cant just use the lotion you have in your bathroom right?
