Default UK modified Zed saying hello

Just picked her up from the bodyshop. Here she is:

It's early days modifying it (it's a lot more expensive here in the UK!) but your thoughts / questions gladly received... but be gentle, I'm a noob here

Very Nice!!!

Looks like you went with a different sideskirt instead of the one that went with this kit. Looks like the Ings or Initial D sides.

BTW...what paint did the shop use? Pretty good match.

Very nice. What spoiler / wing is that? Is it a one piece or do you install it on top of the stock spoiler?

Hi gang

The wing is a one-piece that fits on top of the stock spoiler, and is from spoilerdepot.com - who were worryingly cheap! (of course it cost me double to ship it to the UK).

The Sides are Ings, you guessed correctly. The bodyshop used the same paint as the car I guess??!!! (I think you guys call this colour Silverstone; over here it's Gunmetal). The paintmatch is perfect. In fact, the pictures don't do it justice. I'll try and do some more pics soon when it's sunny! (As this is the UK, that could well be in about 3 months)

Looks great! I really like the size of the UK plates. They seem to fit much better with the car.

ha ha! That's funny. Most UK guys prefer the US plates.

I guess the rarer it is, the better it can look

So what is the reason for the red section in the backup light? Sorry, OT.

Excellent choice of color! Z looks very nice. Are the front plates required in the UK?

It's a short run Italian made kit called Speed-racing - quite unlike anything else. It comes with mesh in the exhaust areas but I've removed that - I'm getting some drilled alu plates made up for them.

The front is Kami and the sides are Ings.

Sweet! Please post pics when you get those installed. Will you be powdercoating those plates black?

Cool 3rd brake light on the bottom right. Was that factory? I know in Europe many cars have that.
