Has anyone converted their stock Track rear spoiler to the Nismo rear spoiler?

Does Nismo use same mounting holes?

Does Nismo cover original spoiler's installation footprint?

 

I have not done this conversion to my Track.

However, the Nismo wing uses different mounting holes than the Track rear spoiler.

A genuine Nismo rear wing has a rather large (ugly) mounting box upon which the wing supports rise from. When it is mounted onto the trunk, it effectively covers the area where the four holes cut for mounting a track rear spoiler are.
