PumpedVA, that looks good but.....

Wow that is ridiculously exspensive......I painted my interior and I think it looks just as good IMO....cost me $500 to have my buddy help me sand everything down and then have him paint it all and of course materials costs but $500 total did my center dash, center console, and everything behind the seats......

check my webshots page for pics....

Me and my buddy have talked about doing it for other people.....have them send us their stock pieces and then sanding, priming, paiting, and shipping back....of course there is lots of sanding, then lots or priming and then sanding again, then some painting, then some wet sanding, then painting, etc....you get the idea...it is a biatch in a half and it took a while for us to do my stuff but we worked on it when we both had free time....

he gave me a deal on the materials and paint cost since he was pocketing it instead of giving to his shop.....but he said he would do it for others for around $1000 for everything I have done.....

my next project is the rear hatch pieces once I start my audio install but I am still undecided on how much I want to add extra unneeded weight back their with audio stuff.....although I have taken out my spare tire and all that so the wieght difference probably would be minimal.....

430ztt, what kind of paint did you guys use? im interested in doing this as a project... is it possible to use the primer and paint from say kragen? or can i sand down everything and send it out to have it painted? i dont really have $1000 to put down for all that, so i might as well do what i can myself!
