Lightbulb Getting Aftermarket Leather - READ ME!

Are you getting aftermarket leather installed in your Track, Performance, Enthusiast or Base?

I'm looking for the original cloth seat covers that they'll remove to install your aftermarket leather, and will make offers to those that let me know.

Most of the places that do aftermarket leather will return the cloth covers if you ask.

So, if you're thinking of getting aftermarket leather, PM me and we can talk compensation.

I've purchased and sold with others on this site, and I'm sure they can vouch for my transactions. Again, if you're interested, PM me and we'll talk.

Thanks for taking a moment to read!

Just out of random curiosity, I'm don't even have leather, but why do you want other people's cloth seats?

I guess this ruins my secret for restoration success, but I wanted to obtain another set of cloth covers (which is all they are) to utilize when my car turns from a daily driver (now) to a garage queen (later).

I've been purchasing components that usually wear hard in the interior (extra floor mats, seat covers, etc.) to replace if they get worn out, and buying them now before I can't get them. This happened to a relative of mine that now can't find interior parts for his '84 300ZX Anniversary Edition.

I hope this explains why I'd want the cloth covers. Now each of you can share in my not-so-fancy secret.

I'm getting the leather installed in my car on Tuesday or Wednesday next week 12/10 or 12/11. I was planning on keeping the cloth for similar reasons but If you want the cloth and they come out in good condition I'll give them to you for cheap.

Email me if you're serious.

So the installer told me they needed to cut the cloth to get them out. They say they were unable to reach all the hog rings to release the covers.

Hopefully someone else will be able to help you.

Thanks
