Well, believe it or not I saw a post here not too long ago of a member who is a CHP down in SoCal. He even posted pics of his squad car! So I'm pretty sure they are fully aware of all the tricks. Wouldn't be suprised if more cops are trolling these types of forums as well. Cops can own Z's too you know & some are actually into modding as well. Makes you wonder if someone on this thread is a cop...hmm?

Yeah that did cross my mind and I know I'd probably ruff a few feathers with the age comment. No offense intended...

Should have said "Judging from his demeanor..."

But yeah I'm aware of some of the officers on these boards.
I've also met a few SDPD officers who are really into cars AND a couple who learned a thing or two from our "dragnet" anti-street racing programs.

I have a dual gauge pillar and my Z doesn't seem to attract any more ricers than before I installed the turbo.

As for cops... I live in FL where they don't give a sheit about the air. So far I think it's the only good reason to live here.

Bruce, please let us know when these are available. This is exactly what I'm looking for when I go FI. Plus it's nice to be able to cover up your guages when you park your car, keeps theives away.
