i think he wants a bumper that looks stock, but has more capability to flow more air to the engine bay.

btw my suggestion would be to go with the varis air duct.

Option 1: Keep the stock OEM bumper & buy a front lip spoiler like the Veilside V1 (As an option, they also sell replicas of this as well but there are many other styles to choose from). Then just add the Varis Air Duct like someone mentioned above. Probably the most cost effective option for you if you want this look.

Option 2: As far as aftermarket bumpers, there are actually a few out there that have the air duct already integrated into the bumper such as the Ings +1, Intial D (Ings +1 replica), Sarona (DB Z you posted), Stillen, Varis, Vizage, C-West N1, etc...As you can see, you have quite to choose from. Which one depends on your taste.

Now, as far as hoods. It's hard to say which one actually helps cool the engine temps. Unless there has been actually testing on the hood, most hoods are essentially for looks. Again, this depends on your taste.

the answer to your question is NO. If you need those extra air, get a new front bumper. Cost about $500 to $700 and another $400 to $500 to paint.
