Default Shift ***** - Universal Fit?

Do pretty much all shift ***** fit the Z? This is the first manual that I've owned, and I've never really had the chance to choose a custom shift ****...

googling for a couple minutes and I found this Momo shift **** ... what do you guys think?

I think all of them are a universal thread. But that is a hot shift ****

Most "Universal" ***** are not threadded. They use little plastic "collars" and usually 3 set screws. Small allen set screws that have to be tightened evenly around the ****... to make sure its straight and tight.

One downside, depending on how the **** is made, sometimes the set screws have to dig into the stock threads a little...
