RE: 10 2 4... the combination of numbers and numbers used in place of letters (10=10 and 4=4, but 2=to) makes this one quite a stretch IMHO. As long as it makes you happy

Heh yes. I thought I gave enough clues but should have just posted a web site to convert it for the third clue. I like the Roman Numerals one.

Speaking of which, I ordered a plate from the DMV, I think I even paid, and the bastages never sent it to me (nor a card saying to pick one up). Of course I have no idea where the info and proof is on that one.
