NISSAN has NOT released them to dealers yet!

We try ordering them Every Day...

Once we get them in our hands we will rip apart a 03 / 04 and 05

This place has good prices on a variety of bulbs also.

Here's another spot that has hid bulbs too.

I wonder why everyone worries about this? My turnsignals are LED's, yes they blink fast, so what? I actually prefer them blinking fast

Most ppl dont prefer that, not to mention the light output from those aftermarket bulbs is not very good, especially in the daytime.

yeap putting filament based leds in the indicators is an accident waiting to happen, the light is far too directional, and the reflector behind it which disperse the light beam doesnt work

I'm in Japan now on vacation, and I stopped in the Nissan Building - they had an 06 on display there. I had my girlfriend hit the brake on and off quick. They are instant on (of course) and VERY bright. I looked at them with detail - looks like they surrounded each LED with chrome to reflect more light, but the lenz is red plastic. So it just looks all red - no alteza chrome look.

The chrome is just an unseen internal mechanism for more reflected light output.

I appreciate the info! Have a great vacation. BTW...I love my EVO-R front LED's. Mine blink in unison with the turn signals too!

wow GREAT info, thanks man

another q though, when u turn the lights on, what illuminates on the tail-light? I hope the two leds per mini reflector means one's on constantly, then the second illuminates with the brakes

Why worry about this? Something has to illuminate it or they wouldn't be functional taillights. Something will light up when you turn your headlights on, and it will become brighter after hitting the brakes..guaranteed.

i like how BMW style their leds with rings of light

itd look crap if only the 3 horizontal leds in the reflector at the bottom are on with the headlights

Im sick of waiting I wish someone would figure out if they are plug and play yet. As soon as I find a dealer with an 06 im going to go test drive it and take it back to my house and take the tails out and see if they are plug and go.
