anyone have any experience with this lip? awfully cheap AND painted. if anyone has purchased, how is fitment and paint match? thanks in advance!

Here is mine:
Fitment is ok, but there are gaps in the area of the front reflectors. Paint match is ok as well. It is slightly lighter in shade, but its probably due to the fact that my front bumper is 3 years old. It is CS btw.
From the pictures it makes the lip look longer than it really is. Its a subtle lip similar to Nismo's.

There have been several posts about the IM lip on here and other boards. Try doing a search. I have it and IMO the fit is as good as most. The paint work and match was perfect.
