Heres some pics of the luxeon bulbs made by ares.
These are the white bulbs.

sorry about the quality of the pics, its kinda hard to see the true color in the pics. but they are pretty similar in color, although ares bulbs are a little brighter.

piaa's are white.
tho they look a lil bluer than ares' bulb.

Cool thanks for the fast replay, I bought some new for $13, they were in some kind of discount @ the store, it had a ticker which said $27+tax, when i went to paid $13...

It was a bit confusing as the words were switched opposite the pictures. Nice comparision though. Maybe you can edit it?

i personally wouldn't get the white/blue. I wanted the bulb color to match the oem hids, the piaas (white/white) are slightly bluer than the oem hids, ares bulbs (white) are just about perfect.
