IMHO.... Overused, overrated and ugly. Anyone else?

 

is Nisno a cheap knock off of Nismo? LOL.....actually i have never seen it in Austin or Houston....so no I dont think its overused. actually...the only 2 wings I like on the Z are the OEM and Nismo

 

i've seen a lot of z's, only one with the nismo wing on it - maybe its where you're at... or maybe people in my area are poor.

i dont think nismo is overrated.

i dont want one, but i certainly dont think it is ugly.

 

I think Nismo is the best one out there.....

 

From most angles, it looks good. but from the rear is yuck

 

I have no idea what your talking about.

No one around here has a Z really. Im saying it seems like everyone has the nisMo wing, and personally it destroys the lines of the Z. Why is it on a box for a mount.

All im saying is that in my opinion it's fugly, completely ruins a nice clean car, and it's over used. Stock and Blitz looks good, but that's not the one im going with. I have never seen a car other than the model car with the spoiler I am getting.

I haven't seen too many here in Hawaii...but then you don't see a Z on every block either. I've got one (b/c the previous owner put it on), but I'd prefer not to have it, I just don't want to pay to have it removed.

 

I think it's slightly better than the other wing but IMO it has way to many sharp edges, points, things that could poke yer eye out and does not flow with the roundness of the Z.

Nismo is THE best Z wing out there. Stylish yet classy. The real ugly one is the stock wing/lip (ala 35th Ann.). A spoiler should not look like a long mosquito bite.

I think the nismo wing is terrible. Totally destroys the lines on the car. Functional yes. Any spoiler/wing thats takes attention away from the overall shape of the car or kills the lines of the car isn't good imho and the Nismo does both. I like subtle. I not crazy about major body kits that totally change the look of car either. But to each his own.

It looks like a box with a potatto wedge mounted on top.... My opinion is right, IMO
But everyone likes different things, i happen to think it ruins the looks of the Z and it's over used.

HAHAHAHA we had the same prof. I got a D cause he said I can't fail you on opinion, but it is very "closeminded." I guess that was his word for saying what I thought was wrong.

i guess it depends on what you want to do with the car...show or go...or both...i dunno...sometimes i like it...sometimes i dont...i guess it really depends how you set your car up...

 

I like it...then I don't...Then I do...Then I don't...I think the center/back/mount piece does not look good. I want one, but then I don't...

Anyone else feel the same way...???

By the way, I have only seen about 4 of these in Dallas, I know there are more, but overused - No.
