Since no one responded yet, I'll give it a whirl. I believe it is a grille-tech grill insert. Looks nice if you want to keep a stock appearence and protect your radiator from stone damage.

 

Almost looks like a screen cut then fitted to some kind of trim piece??Looks good though

I had this same exact grill before I changed it. Only thing I didn't like about it was you'll need to use zip-ties it in order to hold it in place.

 

yeah, thats a grill-tech. I have one on my Z as well. It looks amazing from far away, but I dont like it from up close. The rubber sidings sorta look out of place. I think I got it for about $50 brand new though. Best grill for the price IMO. I'll try to take some pics tomorrow.

Yes, that is a Grille-Tech model. Most people with FI use those grills to keep the rocks away from their intercoolers.

 

yes it is grilletech. i've had it for about a month now. works great and keeps the bugs from the radiator. i love it from far away and up close. here's a couple of pics.

 

I have the silver finish one, pics were taken with my phone so it isn't too great. Overall, I like the grill as it keeps everything out of my radiator, including rocks, etc. I'll take some better pics with a digital camera later today.
