Charlottesville PD could care less. One of the perks about living in a small town.

I have seen several cars around here with tint so dark I would swear that the painted the windows black. Cops around here do not really seem to bother anyone related to mods.

A few bent fins on the intercooler won't do anything too bad for cooling. I wouldn't worry about it.

I believe its the same one from the TT kit.

Not much. Maybe an inch or so on the top and bottom.
