does anyone know if the mirror are just flip in japan(or for the right hander version)???

what i mean is the one mirror is a little bit bigger then the other.
on a normal left hander it is the left one. now is it the same on the right hander????or lets say:is the right mirror on a right handed vesion bigger than
the one on the left handed version.
