I just got my '05 UY Enthusiast last week (horay!!). I am looking to do some custom mods but don't know how to begin. I want to do the following:

(1)Install lights under the shift pattern of the shifter that would light up whatever gear I am using ( help prevent missed shifts)

(2) Change some of leather interior pieces to body color (i.e. shift boot, lower door trim - where window controls are located)

(3) Add lighting to the "Z" emblems on the fenders

Any help would be most appreciated

 

so how would the LEDs light up if its under the shift pattern? Wouldn't the leather cover it?

 

If I had your color, I would do all black leather with double yellow stitching.

You can order vinyl and wrap your armrests yourself, and order the shiftboot from redline goods. It's like $50 and they'll custom make it to your specs.
