When they tinted mine, mine pulled free on the driver's side at the front corner and had to be redone. I suspect it was because of the movement.

However, you could probably tape the switches shut to keep the glass from moving, and just be careful when you open/close your doors for a day.

In about 13.8 seconds I will be alongside the other driver at 102 mph (in the dark). I might be a little paranoid, but I’d sure like to see what the hell he’d doing.

If you put your windows down like 1/4 inch I don't think it does the auto up/down thing.

im just gonna pull the fuses in the power windows and be careful when i shut, and tell the guy too

I had mine done at window tint of Memphis on Pleasant View. Took them less than 1 hr to tint my windows. I got 30 on the doors and 20 on everything else. Even gave me the legal sticker. They didn't keep my car overnight. I just didn't roll them down for like a week, and I didn't disable the window thingy either. Everything is fine, however the other place I got a quote from over on Summer Ave. (they did my clear bra) said he would need to keep it overnight. So I guess it's just installer preference and what they feel safe doing.
