this is what I was talking about, the way i took his thread to say, the holes pointed out in the picture were their b/c of taking off the stock spoiler? Was I wrong, is this easily corrected?

The holes pointed out in red are re-used by the NISMO spoiler.

The holes pointed out in yellow are not used but are covered by the NISMO spoiler.

There's nothing to worry about.

what do you mean by covered? is the spoiler just over it or is it physically like spoiler on hole.

The stock lip spoler is drilled on?? I thought they were double-taped on.

BTW, VQ Racer and Zogan have VERY similar type photos in their signatures.

The base of the spoiler is directly on top of the holes with double stick tape. The holes are covered and sealed. No water or even air would get in. You would have to remove the spoiler (un-bolt and un-stick) to know the holes are there.

The stock spoiler is bolted in addition to the double-stick tape.
