Default Data Systems Spoiler Owners, Did your spoiler look like this when you recieved it?

Just curious if this can be fixed or should I send it back?

That gaping crack you see does not appear if you push the 2 pieces together.

its repairable.. but its your call, pay to fix/ paint it.. OR get a hold o fwho you got it from (hopeflly acompany) and tell em its been damaged.. and see what they say, most likely theyll have you send it back..

or theyll tell you they wont take it back but would order you a new one.. and youll have to sell it on your own or fix it.. depends on teh comapny/ their policy

Yikes. No, mine didn't look like that at ALL. It IS fixable, with some fiberglass and some molding... but I would send it back if I were you.

Hard to tell from the pix exactly how bad it is, but it looks damaged.

Nothing like that on mine when I received it. If there had been, I would have returned it immediately. Even tho it can be repaired, you'll be paying the body shop extra for the fix.

That is damaged goods, send it back! If they will not take it back, contact your credit card company, tell them you were sold damaged goods, they will tell you to send it back and they will get you your money. I did this once when I was sold a fake product, I got my money and actually got to keep the fake.

I've worked with lots of fiberglas, yes it's very fixable. A good glas shop will probably fix it better/stonger than it would ever originally have been but are you willing to spend an extra $100 bucks. If a $100 bill is not a critical issue at this point, fix it, who knows if the next one will be damaged or not. Personally I'd fix it cause it will definitly be stronger than a new one. Good luck.
