does anyone have a roof this is painted black (and is another color car then black) or a CF roof. IF so can u post some pics

Please don't carbon fiber the roof unless you plan to do it right. Please no cheesy overlay There is a guy in so cal that recently painted his roof black to get the two tone look. Jmmcorante (sp?)

 

The CF roof overlay would be cool and different IMO. If all you are going for is looks you can get the whole top half of your car in CF. I don't know if the pieces offered would be the same weave though.

 

do u guys have any pics or cf or black... if i did it in cf i would have a sheeet of cf then have a shop wrap the roof, and have resin and etc. But it might cost alittle too much. thats why im also thinking of doing it in black

 

Mastergrade has the roof and pillar overlays so you wouldn't have to do it custom. I don't know how much they are though.

 

Search for posts by member JisNis, he has a ppw z and a black roof and it looks awesome.

lol the turtle wax s14.5 has a cf roof(overlay). 2 tone look is popular amongst the 240sx communityl.

 

If you had a Carbon Hood/Trunk and the roof painted black it would look good, but top half Carboned out would look NICE...

 

it's popular among honda folks too....

 

I dont think the CF roof overlay is that rice if your rocking a cf hood and hatch just so it flows togeather.

 

so how much for making the roof black or Cf??

I say do it. CF hood, hatch, roof b-pillars and a-pillars would look hot. Then get a CF whole body kit and fenders and doors and you'll kill Rick with most CF on a Z.
