i removed the emblem and then brought the bumper to the body shop to have the indentation filled in and repainted.
i did the same with the rear emblem as well.

but all sorts of people approach me asking what kind of car it is now.

All veilside as well....got them for a steal. Might go with something else but I like the fact that the winglets can take a beating.

Greddy, Stillen and Nismo looks hot with the V1 lip though...you can't go wrong.

Nice; are your under-wings fiberglass or urethane? I'm looking to do the full v1 kit, sans the wing. Have a urethane lip on order and will add the rest when I can; just wondering if I can do fiberglass on the sides and rear to save on cost...

Mines are fiberglass...

I believe Veilside only make the wings in Fiberglass or Carbon Fiber. Only the front lip has the polyurethane option.

I'd imagine the wings would flex alot if they were polyurethane. Fiberglass is a little more rigid and the wings/rear-bumper are not damage prone like the front lip.

i doubt that it will fit. The 06 bumpers lip sticks out more and has that indentation.... you can just look at 03-05 next to an 06 and see the difference on the bottom of the bumper.
