WHY?
Just buy new red buckets ...
The leather overlays cost almost as much as a set of good aftermarket performance seats
Sparco, Corbeau, Recaro, Bride are the ones you want to get!
They are quality brands!

dont know about the red, might look a bit tacky

i personally would love to retrim my seats in tan, on black it would look hot. Plus the Nissan leather isnt the best quality out there, so perhaps do what im planning, when they wear and get those aweful creased bolsters, then retrim them

in the meantime spend the cash on a nice exhaust

congrats on the new car btw

You should compliment those red's with some red interior pieces.

I have a PPW, and changed the interior to red with double black stitching. Best mod I've done, highly recommended. I would rather buy some nice Sparco's or something, but you'll spend plenty of money on the seats, sliders, etc.

I got mine through ATD on this site, do a search in the interior forum and you'll see pic of what they have.

Red would look great, imo.

Other pieces would be boot for tranny, steering wheel, etc.

Here are a couple of ideas for you. I also have a SB with black interior.

1st thing I did a long time ago was put on some Katzkin seat covers. Not the best of shots, but you get the idea. Cost was ~$600 installed but that was a long time so I may be off on the price a little:

Seats looked good and all but they still didn't really have that much support so I decided to go with Sparco Monzas and "brighten" up the interior quite a bit. Much much better support. Cost on each seat is ~$700 plus sliders etc, but you can get them a little cheaper if you shop around.

I was lucky and was able to get one of the Nissan Japanese Factory Option steering wheels by Momo (pretty tough to import here now I understand) so I matched the red thread in the steering wheel with a Momo Combat Evo Red shifter. On top of that I bought a black leather boot with red stitching from RedlineGoods.com to bring it all together.

Finally , I re-did my center console (added a center channel speaker) and changed the face of the gauges to white to show the red needles a little more (plus I added the three gauges on the A Pillar) so I went ahead and added red Bats Vinyl Overlays in front of the gauges to give a little more color.

So far that is all I have done, but hopefully it will give some people different ideas on how to change the interior a little bit. I'm pretty much done with the interior now, but I am considering adding on a set of door pods by Wicked CAS in either red or black vinyl.

Damn, that looks hot. but you missed something....
The first thing I did was CHANGED THE HEADLINER! SB on Black, now with a black headliner and I painted the center plastic black as well.
I love that steering wheel!!!

yeah man that steering wheel is indeed sick. Doesn't have an airbag im assuming? im feeling everything but the gloss black center console area. You should buy one of those black leather with red stitching E-brakes, that would also compliment the interior well

Actually the steering wheel does have the airbag in it and is operational. I had a Nissan dealer in California install it and they couldn't release the car without hooking it up.

I wasn't that excited about the center console when it was proposed (I had the whole system redone earlier this year including a bright red sub box by Wicked CAS to match the rest of the interior), but it was the only way that an acoustically accurate center channel could be fit into the car. It does look a lot better in person so I'm happy with it.

As far as the E-Brake cover, I've got it covered I'm still looking for a Brake handle in red that works as well, but the only one that MOMO makes (Pitstop) doesn't really do it for me or fit.

mmmmm black suede/alcantra roof lining and a-pillars........now you're talking

can it be done though with the curtain airbags? where do they drop from?

Anyone i really like the color coded gloss black centre console. Do you get any reflection in the windscreen? Do you guys think my console would look good painted black? What type of paint did you use......as it would need to be flexible

youd have to blend something on the doortrims too......the door handle barrel?
