That looks pretty bad....Call the seller and ask of it was a used item. Perhaps they can give you credit for an additional item. Good Luck.

For the rest of us that just care about performance-wise, how is the fitment? I really don't care that much if the plastic intake tube is scratched up.
And this should really be in the exhaust forum since this mod is not for looks, but for performance.

What's wrong with it? It's made of fiberglass right? That's what fiberglass looks like, just paint it.

Those lines are fiber, not scratch up. Since this is just for performance, we did not really care about how the exterior trim looks. If you are not ahhpy with the product, we'll be glad to replace it with a painted surface one. On the version I we did painted the surface black. So let me know. Thanks!

just paint that thing with some flat black bbq paint then you'll be good to go.

You should just paint it really quick. However, I could see where you are coming from if I received a product looking like that.
