The problem with this thread is that you are letting other people's thought effect what you like. If you like them then get them. They would have not been created if people didn't like them!
Saying that they are old and out of date is like telling Ford that their new Mustang is out of date b/c that is a old body style. People liked that body, so they bring it back. . . . . i.e. people like the louvers look so they brought it back.
Just b/c something is old and supposedly out of date isn't a good enough reason to not like them, especially if you like them on the old body!
Anyone here still play Nintendo?

Damn, my dad had them on his Supra and Celica back in the day(they looked on them cars though)............like in the 70's. Another vote for don't do it.
