In general, front lip install on the 350Z needs you to drill some new holes underneath the front bumper, right?
And ususally, you want a body shop to do that just in case those drilled holes, need some retainers for rigidity, right?
Basically, not a DIY if you've never done body work before, right?

For the Veilside, it bolts right in. There are 2 bolts on each side that hold in the plastic piece. You use those bolts and line up the holes. On the front side you use some 3m double-sided tape. Make sure you clean the area with rubbing alcohol. Ive never done any body work and it looks good.

Here is the lip:
The yellow highlight are where there are 2 bolts holes on each side of the car that I am used to and I understand how they can be attached.
But it's the Red highlighted area that have bolts on that suggested to make holes in your front bumper to secure it on.
Is it normal for front lips to just be screwed on the sides and then just use tape to hold up the middle?

Yup, but with the Veilside lip it attaches from the top and then hooks under. Yours looks like it just hooks from underneath. The only thing i'd worry about is the amount of downforce that may rip it off. But the tape should work fine.
