Not too shabby, but I would have to paint it body color, with a little bit of orange peel.

I'd like it more if the vents were molded into the fibre itself, instead of looking like inserts.

perhaps the vents can be replaced with a solid peice incase you dont want your engine bay open... just an idea.

Thumbs up

Very nice, IMHO. But maybe it would look even better painted.

Default nahhhh

Not diggin it,..inserts look real cheap,...a stright up CF hood would be good enough,...no need for vents IMO. Too RICE!

-->Wow,..I'm really Judgemental now a days but I guess its cuz I just came from a car and "make" that I have seen highly Riced out!!! ACURA(RSX-S)-

Nothing but the JDM goodies on my cars so far-(00GSR and RSX-S) but have gone through my "rice phase" on my first car which was in 99'. and gew out of it QUICK and sold the ol' dirty clears & 18's!-(1999 mind you)-And I'm actually sick of seeing Riced out Civic's and Teg's and the like.

Don't like to think that the 350Z is gonna turn into one of those damn APC cars.(Stillen kit,Altezza's thank god theres none out for the Z33--?YET?)

If I see a damn 350Z all Riced and Stunna'd out on "Fast and the Furious II" I will sell that *****!Its bad enough what they did to the poor MK IV Supra!! And thats what ruined the IMport Scene!Thats why most "Dumb"estic's guys hate IMports cuz they mostly only see the damn Riced out ones!but they know the real deal ones--(SUpra,RX-7,300ZXTT's,etc)they still have respect for them.

Sorry I'm off topic but I guess i'm venting,..no offence guys---got a wild hair up my ***!

*CHEERS*

Would be great for all the electrical stuff and hoses......by dicipating all the heat (especially for Texas summers) but one thought would rub the wrong way......Rain!

its just vented to reduce engine bay heat. but rain wont hurt anything, engines today are designed to run while soaking wet. hell if you put a snorkle on it, you could probabably run it underwater.

The inserts are for durability. CF when formed into small cut pieces (like vents) can crack very easily. Granted it's not as attractive, but it will probably have a longer lifespan.

I like the one Bonz posted too except for that thing in the middle. Reminds me of a Mustang too much; kinda looks out of place.

Not really too mustangish... more celica-like in my eyes. I don't exactly know how well it would look without such an aggressive body kit.
