kind of interesting that it got put up onto the website for a preorder now, and that the price was even changed to be sure the prices were undercut... But like I said, this was just a favor, saves me the time of dealing with reshipping the reflectors. and it is cheaper, so as far as Im concerned works out better for everyone.

 

i still hold that if you are going to get the lighting done, you're going to end up spending more money buying the side markers cheaper by a few dollars elsewhere but having to ship them to ares to get LEDs put in and shipped back and shipped back

if you aren't going to get the lights done and are just getting reflectors then the choice is obvious...the LEDs, though, sure make those side markers more functional and better looking, IMO

 

This has been the most blatant case of hijacking I've ever witnessed on these forums. Oh well, Ares, I will be sending you a PM shortly.

 

no offense to ares, i'm sure he does great work, but i just needed the reflectors, i know how to do LED work. sorry if i contributed to the fallout of this thread.

 

I mean absolutly no offense to Ares as well. I do respect his LED work and have worked with him in the past and will as well in the future.

I did not mean to "Hi-Jack" the thread, but, how would some of you felt come a couple of days after all the money was sent and found out were able to get them from a paying sponsor on the forum for less of a price?

Part of the reason we pay to be a sponsor of this commuinty is to support fellow Z enthusiasts every way we possibly can...

If there is a product I can offer better then anyone else (Like 2006 LED Tail Light's) I will... 99% of the people in this thread dont know the pain us 03-05 owners felt trying to get those tail lights... While dealers were selling 2006 LED Tail Lights for $600 and customers get them home to find small cracks on them, we were selling them to forum members for $350 and ensured there was no little cracks on the ends, For every 10 tail lights we got in, 8 were cracked... So, we ordered a hundred of each side at a time to ensure they were shipped well enough to us so we could get them to our customers...

I hope to continue offering the best prices and service possible to our current 03-05 owners as well as all the new 2006 owners...

order online and put in the comments section you wish to to be called / emailed when they come in...

anyone who orders will NOT be charged at all until they are in. When they are in everyone will be notified prior to being charged, and those who selected local pickup will be contacted...

expected in 2 -3 weeks at most... most likely sooner...

Geez, That's not that much cheaper. You made it sound like Ares prices were a ripoff. I was expecting you would be selling these in the $40 price range.

just for the record, I sounded a little miffed in my previous post. I hold no fault to him for what he's done. Im not in the car part business, I was playing middleman for no profit just so I could get the reflectors here and then hopefully make some off LED work. How the reflectors come to me makes no difference, and he's saved me a few hours of packing and shipping boxes.

 

And why are these more expensive than the 03-05 ones which are $48.95 on your site?

 

i'm guessing not only because they're brand new, but also quite different in shape and size

 

Like I said above, they may very well drop down in price when they land...

If they cost us the same as what the 03-05 do, then they will be that price...

Jason, is it possible to make these fit an aerosync bumper? also, will a smoked sidemarker be coming anytime soon?

 

The aerosync bumper is a Nismo replica is it not? Wouldn't it be cheaper for you to buy the older style clear reflectors, or are you trying to fit your stock amber reflector into the bumper?

 

from what I could see, there is no way these would fit the last gen bumper. they were larger. it would require extensive modifcation to the bumper.
