Talking Custom Two-Tone Cobra Misano L Seats

Alright, I finally got my seats from Sube Sports. Man let me tell you, Sube can do pretty much whatever you want, but if you want something custom, it is going to take either a LONG time, or double your money to get it done..

Anyway, will be installing the seats in the next few weeks with some other stuff, but here are some shots straight out of the package.

Tell me what you think. They will be going in my Silver '04, with CF interior. Now I need to start looking for matching floor mats and steering wheel.

Thanks, I love them myself.

Price, listed is $1,400 or so each + mounting hardware + polished controls + shipping. SOO say roughly $1,650 for each normally.

Weight: Well each seat package weighted 100 lbs (shipped individually) But the website says 23 lbs. I do not think they weighted that much, I am thinking 50 is more likely. Plus the pair of mounting hardware and control ***** was 30 lbs. Not light by any stretch.

100 lbs shipping weight is due to the dimensions of the box. Regardless of how light it is, you will still get charged the same as if the box weighed 100bs.

Drumm,

Thanks for the clairfication. I figure they weighed in at more then 23lbs but I could be wrong. They were easy to lift that is for sure. Could not have been more then 40 lbs I guess.

Now some a-hole at a shop will get in your car with a screwdriver in his pocket and it'll be all over but the crying (you laugh, but it's happened to me).

Nice seats!!!!!!!!!

I travel a lot, M-F and don't have the seats anymore. I already took them to the shop for safekeeping until they can install them later next week. I can ask their opinion, but I would guess if Cobra says they weigh 23 lbs each, then they do. But that is not counting the mounting brackets nor the billet aluminum control arms/*****.

Also remember you would have to remove the electronic positioning motors, seat heaters and the actual weight of the seat + mounting brackets + airbag in the seat.

It must be a good 20 - 30 + lbs in saving for each seat.

You can contract Sube Sports if you are interested online or at 714.847.1501 Just be warned sticker shock is pretty big.
