Has anyone upgraded and installed the radio controls on the steering wheel on a z that doesn't have one. I have a 2003 enthusiast and wonder if this is an easy mod.

I have the radio controls on the steering wheel of my truck and have really gotten used to them.

Edit: I just noticed that I put this in the wrong forum, so I have added it to the audio section.

 

But i think you might have to upgrade your radio head unit as well because I'm pretty sure the 03-05 HU don't have that option so you might need a new steering wheel and need to rewire everything which I think may get a little too cumbersome for the added convience

 

If that is the case, then it would not be worth it. I know with some other vehicles it is only a matter of buying the different cover for the steering wheel and then plugging it all in, which was what I was hoping for.
