Default front grill removal

How easy is it to remove the front grill? I wanted to make a mod on it, and then put it back.

You can't. The grille is actually part of the fascia.

Default you can't ??

That's not good. I thought I definitely saw two distinct parts: the facia and the grill. I thought I saw it move with respect to the facia when I wiggled it, that's why I thought it came off.

I just installed my Street Scene grille over the black grille this weekend. Quite honestly I can't say it's impossibe to remove the stock black grille because I have not looked at it THAT closely. But from what I can tell, it's not worth the effort--to me. What modification are you looking to make?

Can you post a picture of your car with the grill?

I was going to do the $5.99 chrome door edge thing to my grill. It has to be done indoors, its been 20 deg F in Philly, and instructions say only do at above 65 F. Guess I'll wait till its warm or use bring a heater in my garage.

I'd like to see a picture of the street scene grill also.

Sorry, but I don't own a camera. But here's a link to the post that includes excellent pictures. The Street Scene grille looks excellent with the Silverstone, which I have. It really completes the front end. It's a very nice touch for a $100.00.
