I remember putting my Torino's in my Prelude, I felt like I sat higher. With them, I had the ability to raise or lower it with some bolts on the back part of the bracket, but I couldn't do it because of issues with space between the bracket and sliders.

My Sparco sliders should be coming in within the next couple of weeks, I'll see if there is any way, but by the sound of it, no there isn't a way to lower it w/o custom brackets.
