Default motorized navigation cover...

Has anyone ever had any problems with the motorized navigation cover on their z? Mine goes up and down just fine but when I try and close it, when it gets to the bottom it make a gear stripping noise. It is still under warranty but was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Thanks
Kez

same here. They even stuck in the middle sometime. I just bring back to the dealer, ask them to cut off the circut and now they just stay open 24/7. Love it.

Nope, it's on the '05 too. I've got the same problem when it's cold out.

I've taken it in twice and, of course, it never happens when I go to show the service manager.
