Default straightening out warped urethane?

So I have the opportunity to buy used v1 urethane sides and rear to go with my new lip and was looking over pics that were sent to me of the pieces that had already been removed from the car. I noticed some warpage in the middle of the rear skirt from it being stowed somewhat bent over on itself to get it in the back of the car. I know urethane parts are quite flexible and Veilside quality is very good, but being a perfectionist, I'm concerned I may not be able to get the skirt completely straightened out when I try to put it on my car. Are my concerns justified? Any tips on getting it straight and true?
