I have the front lip and side skirts on my car...front lip and rear lip are the only items that go over the front and rear bumpers and use double sided sticky tape and a couple of screws to hold it in place. The sides however are a direct replacement. You must take off the stock side skirts by unbolting it and replace them with the Greddy skirts and the fitment and lining up is a perfect match.

when they say it replaces over existing bodywork, i think they mean front and rear, not sides.

Does Greddy have a front bumper or just a lip?

The Wings West skirts tape on over the OEM sides. The GReddy skirts replace the OEM skirts. I know this for a fact because I had the Wings West skirts (sold them) and now Have the GReddy skirts.

Whats required to install the greddy sides? Any brackets that need to be installed? or do they just line to OEM holes?
