Default Vertical Doors on a 2006

I've been searching posts and all around the internet on info on vertical doors. Particulary the VDC kit. I love it. But Vertical Doors website only lists the 2003-2004 350z.

Is there a change in the door that would prevent these from fitting on a 2006?

I would think that they would work. I have not heard of anything different about the 06 doors. The only thing that changed was the inner panels of the doors. See if you can find an 03-04 Z somewhere and compare the hinges.

i think VDC would be ok since they are not go up 90 degree like the other kit.

I just don't want to spend $2200 on the kit only to have it not fit or to have to pay thousands to have it installed to make it fit right.

I'm thinking the install should be under $1000 and could be done in a day. Does that sound about right?

well what's a realistic price to expect? I'm guessing if it's a $70/hour shop how many hours are we looking at? Or do bodyshops not work like that? I wouuld just ask the shop but I haven't found one I trust to intall it yet.

most of shop will charge by hourly. However, it's not smart to go that route. Just ask them to charge for a complete job. So, $1000 installation is realistic price since it might take long time to get it done.
