Monkey Man ( i.e. Jeremy ) is one guy on the forum that imports stuff.

www.japanparts.com is another place. Heheh, your pic is actually from their site.

I've e-mailed them and pretty much you pay for the piece and they'll order/ship it to you. It takes something like 6-10 weeks I think since Nismo ships it directly to you from Japan.

If you choose air freight it takes only about 7-10 days. Sea freight is 6 weeks but obviously a little cheaper. BUT, with sea freight, once the part gets to the largest city near you, you either have to pay extra to get it to you or you have to go pick it up.

I had the NISMO kit shipped air freight and it cost about $525.00 plus another $99.00 for taxes and duty once it got to Pittsburgh. That is just the shipping. The wing itself is like $700-800.

Both of you might want to PM z461 and see if he'll answer that one. He's one of the few I know on this that actually has the entire kit painted and installed on his car.

Oh yeah SKiDaZZLe's Z is tricked out too.

z461 has full nismo kit + te37's.
Skidazzles has full nismo kit + GT7's (I think, correct me if I'm wrong guys).

Very nice looking cars.

He did? Errr you're right... my mistake. I think I mistook him for someone else.

Oh it looks like sdpearso got a wing and lip. Partial nismo kit. Sorry about that misinformation.

Wow, thanks! that's a killer site, I can't wait until the 350 section is completed!

Does anyone know how their prices are compared to most other people?

I installed the whole kit myself.

I was quoted from a reputable local performance shop $65 per hour and they estimated 3hrs for the install.

Paint cost depends greatly on your shop and the color of your car (if your matching the paint). I have a black car and my paint cost $800. They did an awesome job but I was quoted up to $1200 from some other shops. If you have a Brickyard, Daytona Blue, or Sunset colored car you might need to pay more.

Out of curiousity, when they paint the body kit do they use Nissan color paint? Or do they try to match the color as close as possible using some other paint? pre-mixed, or mix to match?

Haha.. no, no Nismo kit for me... I do have the INGS half kit on order, expect it to come here around March... Shipping is quite expensive, somewhere around 600 dollars I believe. I was thinking of getting the Nismo kit (my other favorite) but I have a feeling it's going to be too popular around here because Nismo will start selling it in the US soon, and there's no need to pay money to import anyways (If I were to get it). I do have to give props to skidazzle's though, and the other guy who has it, I think it's sdpearso? The kit looks good...

I am in a bit of a dilemmna though, I'm not sure what wing I want for the INGS+1 half kit... I may get a Nismo wing, i don't know how I feel about the huge *** wing on the INGS kit, plus it's 1400 just for the wing+ lip spoiler..

I'm not sure but I would think it depends on the body shop. Some may use the Nissan paint (if there is a specific Nissan paint) and some may use their favorite brand and match it. In the end it doesn't really matter because even Nissan paint would have to be "matched" as different batches are slightly different. Even some of the cars coming from the factory have unmatched trim peices I hear.

There is no such thing as "Nissan" paint .. Nissan just puts there label on the paint, the paint is manufactured by different companies ie. Dupont , etc.. A body shop just gets the proper formula's to mix the paint..
